Domain Service Supplemental Terms
1. Purpose and Scope
These Domain Service Supplemental Terms apply to domain registration, renewal, transfer, privacy, DNS, and related Services and incorporate the complete Domain Registration, Renewal, Transfer, and Expiration Policy.
2. Provider Terms
Customer agrees to all applicable registry, registrar, ICANN, country-code, privacy-provider, and verification terms.
3. Registrant Authority
Customer must identify the lawful registrant and maintain accurate information.
Payment or technical management alone does not determine legal ownership.
4. Registration and Renewal
A request or payment does not guarantee registration or renewal until confirmed by the registry.
Customer must monitor expiration and complete verification.
5. Transfers
Transfers require eligibility, authorization, security verification, and provider approval.
A transfer does not cancel other Services.
6. Expiration and Recovery
Grace, redemption, and restoration vary and are not guaranteed.
Customer bears all applicable recovery fees and risk of permanent loss.
7. DNS
Customer is responsible for nameserver and DNS accuracy unless managed DNS is expressly included.
Propagation and external resolver behavior are not guaranteed.
8. Disputes and Legal Action
Spark Rack may lock, suspend, transfer, cancel, or preserve a domain under provider rules, legal process, dispute policy, or Abuse enforcement.
9. Fees and Refunds
Domain transactions are generally nonrefundable after provider submission. Premium, registry, privacy, transfer, renewal, and restoration charges may change.
10. Acknowledgment
- A domain is a renewable registration right, not permanent property purchased from Spark Rack.
- Registration, renewal, transfer, and restoration are not guaranteed until provider confirmation.
- Customer must maintain accurate data and track expiration.
- Domain transactions are generally nonrefundable.
